There is no doubt that Wal-Mart's $4.00 Rx is predatory pricing and will kill off marginal independents. Is it ethical? Is it professional?

Both are problems. Does a pharmacist taking a "Z-Pack" count? Pain Clinics. Are they legitimate?

Alimony used to be a male-only paranoia. Not anymore, sweetheart. With the money you make, you could be paying him for a long time. So he can live in the manner he has become accustomed to.

They throw insults at you. They threaten you. When they realize that you aren't going to give them what they want, they go with the big gun. The "F" bomb.

There is never a good reason when an dispensing error concerns. There is no excuse for perfunctory monitoring of therapy. Patients are placed in jeopardy by both kinds of inattention. What part does fatigue play? Not enough help?

Not everyone labeled technician is a professional. Some are clueless, but have been "counting pills" for decades. Real Technicians do the exact same job that RPhs did 45 years ago. THEY DISPENSE. Shouldn't all technicians who work behind the counter be required to get certification?

Wages for Certified Pharmacy Technicians are kept artificially LOW due to non-certified "after-school" techs behind the counter. There are single parent certified technicians who qualify for food stamps. The employers should be ashamed.
